FirstFutures Sponsorship - Spring 2026

This sponsorship is open to graduating high school seniors and adult learners who have been enrolled and accepted to an approved community college program (Sandhills CC, Montgomery CC, Central Carolina CC, Richmond CC – others upon approval). The sponsorship covers the costs of tuition, books, student and course fees, uniforms and other approved required supplies. FirstFutures funding will be calculated after all other funding is complete including federal grants or other scholarships.

Once the degree/certification programs have been successfully completed each student will become a FirstHealth employee in the area of study completed, with a minimum of two-year commitment to FirstHeatlh. This will be full-time employment with all the employee benefits available including paid time off, medical insurance (health, dental and vision), retirement savings benefit and employer match, fitness membership, educational assistance to continue education, and much more.
