FirstFutures Sponsorship - Fall 2026

This sponsorship is open to graduating high school seniors and adult learners who are not currently employed by FirstHealth. The student must be enrolled in a community college, college or university and accepted into an approved degree program. The sponsorship covers the costs of tuition, books, student and course fees, uniforms and other approved required supplies. FirstFutures funding will be calculated after all other funding is complete including federal grants or other scholarships. For community college students, the sponsorship provides up to $2,500 per semester; for university or 4-year baccalaureate programs the sponsorship will pay $5,000 per semester.

Once the degree/certification programs have been successfully completed each student will become a FirstHealth employee in the area of study completed, with a minimum of one-year commitment to FirstHeatlh. This will be full-time employment with all the employee benefits available including paid time off, medical insurance (health, dental and vision), retirement savings benefit and employer match, fitness membership, educational assistance to continue education, and much more.
